He [[?]] shows that by the laws of Alabama he as such administrator is entitled to the possession of all the lands of said Nuckolls & to hold them till all of his debts are paid. After which it is made his duty to divide said lands amongst the heirs, if that can be done. If not, then to sell it for such division
Whereupon he prays that you will grant him an order restoring the possession of said land, that he may be able to make distribution thereof 
The law is available on [[?]] book, at this place as follows: The plantation known as Saml. Nuckles place situated in Madison County Ala 8 miles from Huntsville & three miles from Brownsboro containing about seven thousand & twenty acres of land -
