At this point, I think there should be no change, because there must be an officer to take care of, and issue the clothing and other stores gratuitous issues to Freedmen & who will have to make returns to the G.M. General - the present officer in charge Lieut James T. McGogy - discharges his duties so well and faithfully, that I am of the opinion there could be no change for the better.
