General. 
I have the honor to report that during the month of November 729 Freedmen were treated in Hospitals in this State. 275 were discharged and 87 died and 354 were remaining under treatment on the 30th ult.
31.5 per cent of all cases admitted during the month were cases of Small-Pox.
The Hospital at Huntsville is not yet completed but will very soon by ready for the reception of patients.
