Colonel,
I have the honor to submit my Monthly Report of Rations issued during the month of February.

You will observe that issues of Rations have greatly increased. Indigents have applied from the Counties of "Wilcox," "Marengo," Henry," "Dale," "Covington," "Conecuh," "Pike," "Crenshaw," "Lowndes," "Coffee," and "Butler, which necessarily increases the numbers to a great amount. 

The Commissary of Subsistence not having a sufficency of Rations on hand, no arrangement has been made with the Judges of Probate - but as soon as a supply arrives I will do so I have issued (according to your Orders) Four Thousand Rations to the Judge Probate for Pike County, and will drop the Counties of
