Office B.R F. & A L
Greenville, Ala. Sept 11th 66.

Respectfully forwarded to Lieut. J F. Conyngham, A.A.A. Genl. I have requested the Civil authorities to bring this man Pryor to trial, but nothing has been done as yet, the excuse there is no constable in that beat. I would recommend that a few Guards be sent to Garland, and arrest the man Pryor, and take him with the witnesses to Montgomery for trial.
