A short time since the school house at Stevenson belonging to the Pitts Freedmens Aid Commission was burned, whether designed or not we do not know. The building had been removed & an application sent in to you through Col Callis to finish it. This contemplated putting it up after we got it to its new locality, and furnishing repairs so far as it might need them.
