Major:
I have the honor to report that I have given "Transportation Order". No. 43, to Matilda Trent a colored Refugee ordering transportation for herself and one child from Selma Ala. to Atlanta GA.

This woman is nearly blind and has for sometime been under treatment at the Freedmans Hospital home. - She has letters received from her children living in Georgia saying if she could get help to come there they would support her.

Very Respectfully
