the command of Major [[strikethrough]] O. D. Kinsman [[/strikethrough]] General Wager Swayne on the charge of an assault with intent to commit murder on Daniel Wallace and on said Wallace's affidavit that the civil authorities of said State were unable or unwilling to execute the law and do justice in said case.  Now therefore the condition of the said bond or obligation is such that if the said Thomas F. Parker shall surrender himself on Thursday next the sixth day of December 1866 to the said Major [[strikethrough]] O. D. Kinsman [[/strikethrough]] General Wager Swayne commanding military forces of the United States at Montgomery aforesaid, then this bond or obligation shall be void but otherwise shall remain in full force and virtue.
