Chambers County
I P O Harper Judge of the Court of Probate in and for said County & State do hereby certify that Abel L Robinson whose signature appears to the Annexed  Certificate was at the time of attending the same a Justice of the Peace in and for said County duly qualified and that as such his acts and doings are entitled to full faith and credit - I further certify that I believe the representations which he maks in regard to the indigent in his beat are entitled to full credit.
