the mothers & daughters and some times son over fourteen who are trying to make something to live upon another year July will be the trying time with them and if they could be supplied for that month corn will begun to mature and supplies could be reduced without fear of Starvation 
I think that the Indigent in the county could subsist on 8000 Rations I go to Mobile the 1st and if you can consistently let me have 8000 rations notify the proper authorities accordingly,
