Rogers Julias M. (colored)

States he was soldier in the 1st Alabama Col'd Cav. and has been wounded 6 times Went to his home near Tuscumbia, Ala but found that his house had been burned and his stock appropriated by "Rebels". Wants military assistance to enable him to recover his property as he can not return because the "Rebs" kill Union men. &c
Says Mr John N Green who is the Bureau at Tuscambia is doing things loosely, selling rations to Rebels &c and widows of Union men cannot get any
