I have the honor to make the following report as the results of this investigation of Mr Elie Hollands Case which was refered to me on the 31st of January, 66 with reference to transportation. 
He owns no property
He is able to make a living where he is
His relatives in Wisconsin are not able to support him 
He does not depend on the Government for Support
He is not a Refugee but moved from Georgia to Tuskegee Ala in Spring of 65
in my opinion his Children are able to support him 
He has not Been in the reble army
