Hennie, [[strikethrough]] of o [[/strikethrough]] one of the apprenticed children was then sweared and states that her parents had put her to live with the Boutwells - That she liked to live there first rate, at first but that after a little she did not like it at all, because they did not treat her well - That she did not want to leave Mrs Collins because [[strikethrough]] she treated [[/strikethrough]] she had known her always and that she treated her well - That she did not want to be sent to her mother because she knew that her mother & stepfather would not treat her as well as Amanda Collins would. that she did not want to be hired about - That she did not want to be sent to her parents - That she knew rs Collins to be a great women & that she had promised to learn her to read & write & that she knew she would do it - When asked if she had been told to say this she said she had not - That she spoke her own mind & words -
That she was staying with Mrs. Driskill a sister to Mrs Collins, temporarily, till Mrs Collins finished her school when she then would go & stay with her.
This being In totum all the evidence before the court - The [[?]] thereon was refused the application to revoke at ptffs cost - To which verdict the pltff excepted &c &c -
