I respectfully address you in relation to the matter altho I know that my suggestions are very indefinite. As you are about visiting Washington possibly you may see Mr Shipherd  If I had a suitable building I would establish a Normal School and with the aid of my wife and native colored assistants, would calculate to be able to build up a school suited to the wants and means of the present.
