Office Asst. Supt. R.F. & A.L.
Greenville Ala: April 10/66.

Colonel C. Cadle jr.
A.A.G.

Colonel
I have the honor to transmit the monthly Report and Ration Return.

Nothing of any importance has transpired since my last Report, everything goes on satisfactory: contracts are coming in but few, the freedmen work well however and vagrants are getting scarce. - I have not yet received the Box of Undergarments and Blankets of which Dr. Kipp has informed me; I am also out of forage several days, allthough Q.M. Sergt. Hull promised to send it immediately.

I remain Colonel
Very Respectfully
Your obd. Servant
F.O. Steinberg
