I would respectfully call your attention to the enclosed statements and letter holding this property under the circumstances is an outrage and I hope you will send up such an order as will give the Agt. possession immediately. In Virginia peremptory orders were issued to the occupants of sequestrated property belonging to loyal citizens to vacate and not to compell the owners to bring their suit at Law for the possession which may take years.
