B.R.F. & A.L., Montgomery, Ala General: I have the honor to enclose a notice published under the authority of Commodore Winslow inviting proposals for the sale of the wrecks in Mobile. These proposals I am told by a naval officer who has called here on this business includes the Confederate Wrecks.
