To these rations have been issued for five weeks. The report is being increased every day as the county is large and but one depository opened. I support our full Rations have been rec'd at Eufaula from the time we commensed say from 23rd April with 14 days omitted in May. The agent being sick and unable to call for rations on the 1st Day of May. It must be remembered that this location is quite remote from Montgomery by the way we received the supplies they came to Columbus and thence down the River to Eufaula we are now securing the rations which were shiped on the 11 June inst. and suppose as above states that our full Quota has been recd from the time it commensed deducting the 14 days that our agent was sick. I will try to have the reports more formal in the future and hope this may be received as best I could for the present

very respectfully yours
