Location could be Albíon or Alvecia? Or Alban (of which there are several in Columbia) Albania: a town in Colombia's La Guajira Department/terrirtory Google maps says that Albania, La Guajira is a mining town created in 2000, this seems unlikely. Perez-Arbelaez's other botanical records that note locations (Google searches) are few, but they note Caldas, Mariquita and Albans-San Jose. All are WNW of Bogata, so I think Alban in the Cundinamarca Dept. is most likely.
