It appears to have been collected by E. Rostan, who did most of his work in Brazil. Or at least, the work that Harvard has on file was in Brazil. The work that the smithsonian has on file is mostly in Southwestern Europe. Neither of these regions contains Algeria, which is the best I can make out of the second word of the habitat line. 2. E. Rostan did a lot of collecting in/around Piedmont, Italy where he was part of a Waldensian religious community. Hence the label says Pedmontanum & the habitat is alpine Waldensia
