Sir,

In compliance with your instructions of June 12th I herewith send up the names of such persons as I consider suitable to fill the positions of Bureau Agents in the following Counties of this Sub. District, they are all sound true Loyal men of good Character, and respectable Capasity, the young Basil McGoun was raised in this County. He left the country during the Rebellion to avoid fighting against the Union, he is willing to go to Jones Co, or any other if appointed, I think Jones will sent best as it is a new Co,

I send up the oath of McGoun & J C Moore, the others I have not yet recd but am assumed they will serve, and will take the oath and forward it,
