Kinsmore, 968 Sir, I have investigated the within case as carefully as it is in my Power and find from the evidence of both Black & White that live in the Neighborhood, that the Horse originally was Watsons, & that it was stolen from him, some time after he found it in the possession of Pierce, and claimed it and took possession of it as his property, Watson bares a good name for Honesty and integrity, I would Respectfully recommend that the case be dismissed, Very Respctf &c R Blair Sub Asst Comr &c November R Nov 8th 67
