States that Alex Temple (cold) complains that his brother Aaron Temple has been unlawfully held as convict (by Prison Contractors) on the Montg & Selma R Rd
since Nov 7th 1867.  Alex Temple states that his brother has been told that his time was out but his services were valuable & could not be spared -
