This agreement made and entered into this day by and between Charles Corege and S. C. McIntyre shows that all matters of difference between them has been submitted to George Christian and John M. Henderson as a board of arbitrators.
Said arbitrators are hereby empowered to hear testimony and determine on the matters of account, and partnership submitted to them, and their decision is hereby made final, and conclusive as to the rights, and claims of each.

We the arbitrators chosen by S. C. McIntyre and Charles Corege to settle and determine a controversy between them concerning the balances of their accounts, as by their submission, and obligation in the hands of John M. Henderson, and George Christian will appear, having accepted the said arbitration and duly considered the process, and obligations of the parties, do award that there is a ballance due to Charles Corege upon said account, of Four hundred Dollars ($400); and do further award, that the said S. C. McIntyre pay the same to the said Charles Corege in ten days from the date of this award, in full satisfaction of all accounts between them. Witness our hands this the first day of April A. D. 1867.
