between said parties, viz; "we order adjudge & decree, that the contract between said parties as to the exchange of Lands, described as followed viz; a Deed made by C.P. Clayton and Nancy Clayton to James Hawkins 2nd March 1864, Conveying the following lands, viz: known as the "Moore Tract" of land and all other lands described in said Deed, lying and being in the County of DeKalb, and that said Deed be ordered to be delivered to said Clayton and cancelled and held for naught and that said exchange of Lands between said parties be rescinded and that a Deed executed by James Hawkins to C.P. Clayton for a plaintation in Marion County Tenn for Thirteen Hundred and eighty two acres, and dated 10th March 1864, be delivered to said James Hawkins to be cancelled, set aside and held for naught, and that said parties be restored to their original positions in reference to said lands as if the within Deeds had never been executed. We further award in favor of C.P. Clayton the sum of Sixteen Hundred and forty four Dollars against James Hawkins and we award full cash against said James Hawkins and in the event that said Hawkins cannot pay the same, we decide that C.P. Clayton shall pay
