premises considered motion is made nunc pro tunc for an order. To enter said award as the judgement of said circuit court and further that the Honorable Court would grant an order for a writ of Habere facias possessionem to issue upon said award. for the possession of the Lands described in said Claytons Deed of Conveyance to the said Hawkins of 2nd day of March A.D. 1864. said Lands closing at this time in the possession of said Hawkins. he having failedand refused to comply with said award
