The def't James Hawkins will take notice that at the next term of the Circuit Court to be held for DeKalb County Alabama at the place of holding the same, motion will be made to the Honorable Wm J. Haralson Presiding for the Award heretofore rendered in this case to be entered up as the Judgment of s'd Court and you will take notice that motion will also be made for a writ of Habere facias possessionem, or other appropriate writ, to obtain for said C.P. Clayton the lands adjudged to him by the Award of said arbitration. This Jany 19th 1866.
