I, Phillip A. Brandon Clerk of the Circuit Court within and for said County, hereby certify that the foregoing from page no.1 to page no 10. Inclusive commencing with the copy of the submission, also the award, motion for judgement nunc pro tunc and notice, to James Hawkins and all marked Exhibit (A) contain a full and complete transcript of s'd original papers and all the orders made in s'd cause as remaining fully appears on the original record, in the s'd Court of which I am clerk and custodian ex officio of the said papers and records, and that said dates numbers & descriptions of Lands  are true and correct.
