I do solemnly swear that I will dilligently and faithfully supervise the assessment of the Confederate War Tax for the County of Morgan in the State of Alabama and in all things perform the duty required by law and that I will support and maintain the Constitution of the Confederate States and also the Constitution of the State of Alabama
