be glad also that you would send some person up To Watumpka who is a judge of law that he may witness the proceedings.  I earnestly ask you intervention in this matter not only that I may have the protection guaranteed to me by the laws of my country but that my client may have justice I may be mobbed by some of the citizens of this place to night or I may be mobbed next week, I feel very insecure and feel that I am in eminent danger and am satisfied that I can't manage this case unless you give me the aid asked for.
