Roddick for several years prior to his freedom and that this case has been goten up Malisheously and that the boy Bill can sustain a fair beter Carrecter than the Prosicuton in this case if ther is any Law wher by the Boy Bill can be release or allowe to Marry this woman to sadisfy the demands of the Law that you will please to in force it as he is a good farmer & has a good farm on hand & if he has to stay in jail 30 days it will be lost this we hope is on the Square
