The State of Alabama
Sumter County.

Personally before me, Wm K. Ustick, a Justice of the Peace, in and for said County, comes George Grant, who being duly sworn, deposes and says, that a certain Lot of Cotton, Seven Bales, which were levied on by H.L. Bennett, as sheriff of said county, as the property of Greene W. Grant, and which Lot of Cotton is now in the House of one Sellers, at York Station, in said county, is the property of George Grant, grown by him, during the year 1866.
