Maj Genl Wager Swayne

Your petitioners nigh born and friends of L B Bradley Respectfully showeth that there are new Executions in the Sherriffs hands against [strikethrough] the [/strikethrough] L B Bradley as surity for negroes and [[strikethrough]] he [[\strikethrough]] the Sherriff ordered to levy upon the mules and growing crops of said Bradley. The said defendant Bradley has about fifteen Freedmen in his employ, and if said property service is upon, will be unable to pay the Freedmen and haul crop to market.

One Execution is for Seventeen hundred dollars and Costs, was a Confederate debt due Feby 1863. Judgment was rendered for the full amount. which has not Law. The other Judgment for Eight Hundred Dollars was a security debt on supreme court Bond, the parties being insolved the debt falling on Bradley - the parties to whom this money is going to, one a Rich Jew by the name of Myer who lives in Selma. the other a resident
