Dear Sir
A Freedwoman by the name of Francis Grady wants transportation from Girard to Sta. No. Six (6.) M & G. R. R. She has been drawing rations from the Government, and says that her people at Mr. Gradies near above named Sta. Can take care of her  She has a cancer on her head which she has had doctored at this place but it has been pronounced incurable and she wishes to return to her people. She is not likely to live long.
