without charge all their right in the institution, together with all its supplies and a continuance of rations until November first, being read to and fully considered by the Court and it being the opinion of the Court that said proposition ought and should be accepted; It is therefore ordered, that the said proposition of the Military Authorities be and the same is hereby accepted by this Court, for and on behalf of this County; It is further ordered that the Port House Committee of this Court be authorized and it is hereby directed to receive from the military authorities profession of the said institution together with all its supplies for and on behalf of this Court at as early a day as practicable; and that said committee be requested to recommend to the Court such plan for the future management of said institution as to the committee, may seem most advisable for the best interest of all concerned; It is further ordered that said communication together with the inventory of the supplies etc. now at said institution and all other papers presented to the Court and
