Montgomery, Ala, Sir: I have the honor to report that upon taking charge of the Bureau affairs for this District I found a quantity of women and childrens clothing such as socks, dresses, shirts and shimises of which the greatest number of any one article was shirts - all damaged more or less and moth eaten. This clothing comprised all the Sanitary goods on hand. It was [[?]] at once to the numerous districts at Dog River Colony.
