I have the honor to enclose Yellow Fever reports for the month of October for the Post and Marine Hospital of R.A. Coale Surgeon and City Hospital. Dr Watt Surgeon

A report form the Providence Infirmary in which the largest number of cases have been treated, will be forwarded as soon as received.

The greatest mortality during the epidemic occurred during the past week.

I regret to state the death of Ex Judge Houston, a friend of the Government.
