suffer unless relieved by your interposition. that I have always been in favor of equal and exact justice to all men, white or black, and that I believe that Mr. Waldrom justly owes the Freedman Seven hundred and thirty dollars, and should be made to pay them that amount, for as he refuses to abide by the award of Mj Pierce, as he agreed to do, they are not bound by it in any way.
