moved her home at her request 10 Days after she had lost a child nursed & cared for her properly for 2 weeks furnished her & her older girl Each a pear of shoes and after she had remaned abough 4 weeks from the time of moving her to my yard she left in the night & refuses to come back but is laboring for a neighbor of mine even after I have notified him that she is under written contract to labor for me & even showed him the contract regularly stamped & witnessed as the law directs. After being thus particular to explain I ask to know whether under the Laws of the W.S. or under the act of the Legislature of this State on Contracts passed in the winter of 65 & 66. I have any way to obtain the Labor of the woman & children or any remedy against him for keeping them
