I am adivsed to sue the Negroe for obtaining money [[strikethrough]] from [[/strikethrough]] under false pretense, but I do not want to do any thing of that sort & have told the Freedman if he could get any one to pay me my money back he could hire to any one he pleased, still he refuses to do any thing & I have not said any thing to him since he left my House he lived with me last year & seemed well pleased, some white man is at the bottom of the Matter yours &c
