The State of Alabama,
Coosa County

Before me A.A. Millan, Judge of [[strikethrough]] Probate [[/strikethrough]] County Court, in and for said County, personally appeared Joseph Watt and after being duly sworn, deposeth and saith that on or about the first of March last. Williams Chancellor, T.J. Chancellor, and John E. Hannon, decoyed and persuaded off deponents premises in said County, and from the use and benefit of deponent the following freed persons, with whom deponent held and still holds a contract for thier labor and service for the year 1867 to wit: Henry, Kate, Bet, Susan and George Murchison, and that the loss of the service and use of said freed persons greatly damages the deponent. 
Sworn to and subcribed before me, this 11th day of April, 1867.
