Having come to the knowledge of the Sub Assistant Commissioner that the inmates of the Hospital at this place are allowed but two meals per day, hereafter, untill the Surgeon in Chief of the District of Alabama can be consulted, the inmates of the Hospital of this Sub District will be provided with three (3) meals per day except such patients which the Act Asst Surgeon may otherwise diet in consequence of medical treatment. The meals must be prepared promptly and served to all as follows
Breakfast 7 o'clock A.M
Dinner 12 1/2 .. M.
Supper 6 1/2 .. P.M.
Those who are unable to visit the dining room will be supplied at the specified hours in their respective wards. - The Act Asst. Surgeon in charge will be held strictly accountable for the prompt execution of this order
