who was bailed in the sum of $200 for his appearance at Civ Court.

Wiggins then tried to get a warrant for the negroes but White utterly refused justifying the cause of negroes-

Now you have the circumstances together with the fact that rumor says many are ready in the county to spill the blood of whites if attempted to be dealt with for the conduct of these insurrectionists. They threaten to make all smell Hell who offer to call in question their course or attempt to checkmate them.

Put it together and say whether action is not demanded, and prompt action. Inform the Shff and if in the Springs say to him to get his men and come along and tho warrant shall be made all night, any security he may demand can be given.
A blank warrant can be filled when he brings it. Probably Mr. Wiggins will be there tonight or soon in the morning unless he finds Shff in Midway.

We desire action immediate. There are 40 or 50 directly interested in the insurrection.

Truly Yours,
W. Ivey
