I have the honor herewith to transmit form No 2. for month Sept. with vouches to corespond.

Not knowing what date to drop Mr Wilda I left that alone and request that you fill it out to corespond with vouches now in you possession. The bill of thirty six (36) lights of sash was bought and put into use during my absence and unknown to me. A poor colored man furnished them in good faith and I respectfully request that you approve the account. Will you please inform me if there has been any action taken in the vouchers of George Otto sent to you blank for you to fill up and approve sometime since Also one for horse hire
