Com. of Freedmans Bureau, with suggestion, that as the Boat in question was sold by one of his predecessors in office, all possible means should be used, to elicit the facts, as may show a justifiable seizure and sale of such property, otherwise the decree of the Court decides the right of the property as again presumption, unsustained by evidence.
