fifteen Bbls of pork and thirty Bbls of flower had been issued according to existing regulations- I also stated to that office that unless the county commissioners took measures to relieve the poor - they would be removed. that whenever his supply of rations for March had been accounted for and a Loyal agent for issue appointed for the county the April supply would be turned over for distribution. 

At Jasper, Walker Co. Judge Leamale accounted for the march supplies in a proper manner. They are issued at Jasper by a reliable man. he was absent. I misinformed the judge. Supplies for April were ready for his County at Tuscaloosa. And he stated that immediate measures would be taken to haul there.
