There is not any case clear against Judge Waddell - appearances are against him however. and Horace Collins Loyalist and Horace King col'd state that they will report any injustice on his part in future - and they also state that it is impossible in their opinion for a Loyalist or negro - to get equal rights in the Courts -
Sunday May 11" I visited Mr. Healys' Sabbath school at Girard. he had eighty scholars present. That gentleman and Mr Chamberlain have a day school col'd of one hundred and twenty five scholars also night school of adults of about twenty five scholars three nights in a week - The school house & furniture are indifferent, but the children are doing well_
