She further says that all the facts to which she has deposed are known to persons familiar with the family of Dr. Foster, and that the Boy "John Bell" is the subject of frequent conversation by the people of Butler, and that the kind treatment of Mrs. Foster and of the Dr. is a matter of public notoriety,
