Mr Foster had the child brot into the house to have him nursed; that he gave the child the necessary medical attention; that after the  
trathy turn had pased the child became healthy. That in this way the attention of Mrs Foster to the child commenced and that afterwards she kept him in the house and made a pet of him, and does Yet. He further says, that he had the boy John Bell oppresed wheir to oblige his wife who wanted the Boy apprenticed where but or  She could not under the town make a court in her own home he Executed the Contract of Apprenticeship himself. He further says that the freedman Mose Davis, has always shown best indifference to John Bell until the Government of the present year and the year denied being the father of the child.
