I have the honor to enclose you herewith, lists of the names of several Justices of the peace, with their Post Office addresses &c. &c. in the Counties composing this Sub district, viz Butler, Coffee Conecuh, Crenshaw, Covington and Pike.

It will be seen by these reports, that a good many Vacancies exist, Crenshaw having no Justice of the peace at all. So soon as I find properly qualified justices to fill these vacancies, then names will be forwarded to Head Quarters, agreeably with the instructions contained in your Communication of yesterday's date.

Very Respectfully &c
